Very Impressed
I brought a group of five and all of us were very satisfied with the hotel staff, food and service. We will be returning next year.

A great place.
This place was a great place to stay. It was easy to find and has a great restaurant (and a excellent bartender/waitress) upstairs. The staff was so friendly and helpful with everything. The hotel has great views of the bay and a nice pool. Also, ask about the free bahama mama at the restaurant for guests! I would totally recommend staying here.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
Extremely close to port lucaya. Also, you could walk to the beach but it may take a while. I would suggest renting a car or scooter if you are staying here, in fact, i would suggest renting one for anywhere on grand bahama so that you can see more of the island.

Great room for the money!
Wasn’t expecting much after reading the other reviews and was very suprised. We were only at the Bell Channel for 2 nights/3 days as a friend had a condo we were moving into and I have to say the Bell was definatly worth it. Sure it wasn’t right off the beach but the staff was so friendly and helpful it didn’t matter. Genie at the front desk (she was the concierge) was so friendly..she even brought our luggage over to the condo as we had rented scooters and coulnd’t get the luggage to the condo. The restaurant upstairs was SOOO convienant and the waitresses refilled our water bottles for us time and time again. Genie hooked us up with a wonderful snorkeling deal and we had a grand time. I would definatly stay at this hotel again it was worth it.
