too expensive for what you get
The pluses of this hotel are location, location, location. Small rooms, not too comfortable beds, poor-quality toiletries and tiny bathroom made this hotel worth way less than what we paid. Staff was friendly, breakfast not bad and location was convenient.

Our stay at Jerusalem Gold Hotel
Our stay at Jerusalem Gold Hotel was wonderful, specially the staff was very polite and helpful. Thanks for your service, thanks for learning other languages such as English, Spanish, by knowing other languages you are able to help the tourists who visit Jerusalem. The food was very delicious, specially the breakfast, I thought I was going to have to eat only pitas and humus was that was not the case. We had such a great time.

Didn’t have promised facilities
Boasts of fitness suite, pool and Turkish Bath. It has them - but guests can’t use them! States complimentary water and bathrobes - not provided. Cleanliness only OK. Having said all that, if you don;t mind the lack of facilities, it is in a good position and comfortable.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
Don’t use the internet in the hotel. go into the central bus station next door and use the internet cafe.
