Great Hotel (as far as the building and upkeep) but BAD service
My boyfriend and I booked this hotel for a weekend. I ended up missing my exit and got lost. I called the hotel for directions, letting him know my exact location. I was right at some big attractions in DFW (Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, etc) so I thought he would be able to give me accurate directions from there. The guy gave me complete and total out of the way directions! Had I not stopped to ask for directions myself, I would have down a complete full circle around Dallas before ever finding the hotel! In addition, there were times when we called the front desk and no one answered. There was no bellhop readily available to take in our bags. It wasn’t terrible, but for the amount of money we spent, I know of better hotels in the area.

Close to Galleria
Booked this hotel thinking it was the Crowne off LBJ and Coit. It wasn’t. This was off Midway about 10 min down the road and in a MUCH better neighborhood. They had a great (and free) breakfast buffet. Rooms were clean and big. Comfortable beds. Would stay there again!

Great Location Near the Galleria / Clean Room/ Great AC!!!
Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms. Food was good. AC was very cold (yea!!!)Everything was great except that my bed was lopsided. Just put a few pillows behind my back and I slept great! Would stay there again.
