Outstanding
This is one of the best hotel’s I’ve stayed in. Conveniently located, very helpful staff, quiet even though I was on the street side, perfect rooms, outstanding food, top-notch spa... I stayed in a moderately sized suite -- there a lot of nice details: fresh fruit and high-end chocolate in the rooms, a large safe for valuables in the room, all-cotton sheets, mix of pillow options. In addition, the spa is one of the most comfortably outfitted spas I’ve been to on the road and the service was great.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Go to the spa! Stay in a suite. Eat at the asian buffet. Have tea in the afternoon. Get some fruit juice by the pool.

I loved this hotel.
The hotel was great -- very clean, very comfortable. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, less than one block from Orchard Street which has a ton of places to shop and eat, and also a stop for the metro rail. I would definitely stay here again.
