Great location, no on-site staff
great location, mediocre pool & hot tub & you have to check in on the other side of keystone. there is a seperate card key to get into the building & for your room, mine to get into the building, parking & pool didn’t work, so i had to have people let me in to all 3. Since i only was staying one night i didn’t feel like driving across town again to get a key that worked. so no onsite check in was a bit of a pain. the room was very nice.

Gateway
This resort is very close to the Keystone Ski Resort. The location of this resort is perfect! The studio room was small and clean and adequate for the price. One difficulty we had was during arrival. The hotel name "Gateway Mountain Lodge" is not found anywhere. The lodge sign is "Gateway". Further, after hours there is no sign and no way to contact the "condumium" headquarters which is located off W. Keystone. We ended up driving up and down highway 6 for approximately an hour to locate a means to check in.

Excellent location
Despite the bed being a bit hard, the location and amenities of this hotel were above my expectations.
