Nice hotel
This hotel is right off the Pacific Coast Highway across from the ocean. We watched the sunt set and it was beautiful. Alos close to Hearst Castle and several restaurants as well as a variety /liquor store were within walking distance. this hotel was very nice

Not Impressed
Hotel was very close to Hearst Castle which was great, however, at check in staff was rude, was more concered about ordering a pizza than checking me into the room. Bathroom was very dirty, paint peeling off the walls, only one bath towel in the bathroom for two of us and never did get another when requested. At check out the next morning again desk staff rude, did not even ask if stay was ok, or say thank you for the business. Would not go back....

Truly minutes from Hearst Castle.
The room was clean. We felt safe and secure. The personnel were very pleasant. They recommended the seafood restaurant next door, Manta Ray. It was one of the best dinners we’ve had in ages. The seafood was extremely fresh and the homemade orange ice cream is to die for.
Be sure and go through Paso Robles and their wineries. They are small, happy to have visitors. The tastings are generous and reasonably priced.
