Maybe our expectations were too high?
Perhaps we had our expectations set a bit too high, but we were a little disappointed with Crystal Cove. The particular condo we had did not look anything like the pictures, and was a little bit outdated and dirty - a fresh coat of paint would be a good start. One thing that would have been really nice is if they had provided a map and some sort of resort/facilities guide in the room. We just had a couple of pieces of paper with the TV channel list and a local pizza place. Since I didn’t bring a laptop to try it, I honestly don’t even know if we had Internet access in the room. Of course, we didn’t go to St. Thomas to stay in the room. In that aspect, Crystal Cove has a lot to offer with the beach and bay. It’s a very pretty view, and kind of protected for swimming and snorkeling. The pool was nice, too.

MANY AREAS LACKING...
1. MAID SERVICE IS NOT DAILY. 2. CONTINELTAL BREAKFAST WAS NEVER AT 7AM AS STATED, BUT "WHENEVER THEY GOT TO IT"--MORE LIKE 7:30 AND NOT WORTH THE WAIT OR $$ IF YOU PAID FOR IT. LINENS ARE A MESS--YELLOWED AND STAINED. NO BOX SPRING COVER OR SHEET TO COVER THE STAINS. BEDDING NEEDED REPLACED 10 YEARS AGO. THE BEACH IS VERY NICE, BUT YOU CAN’T SHOWER AND SLEEP ON THE BEACH.. STAFF WAS NEVER AT THE DESKS, OR AVAILABLE TO HELP. THE LIST COULD GO ON, BUT WHY EVEN TRY............
