Very old
Old motel in poor shpe much deferred maitenance.In a declining neighborhood.I could never get my wife to go back to this place. Looked like a low end hourly rent

Hidden Fees, Dirty, Unprofessional & Rude
We paid more to stay here than at our usual hotel which was booked...and what a waste that was! It was dirty and falling apart. When we first arrived the manager was in a heated fight with another guest; to make a long story short the guest was NOT in the wrong. Then we have to pay an additional $20 if we want a room key and a remote for the T.V. this is refundable but absolutely uncalled for. Then in order to get my $20 refunded I have to wait when I go to check out for the manager to review the room and make sure I did not cause any more harm to the room than was already there! Then in the morning we had to check out by 11am; which was fine accept for the fact that they knocked on our door 3 different times and looked in our window twice to see if we had left yet...all between 8am and 10am. Also they told us check-in was at 1pm, we arrived at 3pm to check-in and our room was still not ready. Unfortunately I could go on and on but there is not enough space...my point is that this was an awful Motel and we will never stay there again even if the alternative was sleeping in our car and we would not recommend it to anyone else!
