Very nice hotel, very good staff
Being on foot, it was difficult for me to find the hotel at first, thanks to the unusual method the Japanese use to give addresses. However once there, I was extremely pleased with the hotel. The staff speak excellent English, as well as other western languages (French for sure, and I think I heard German as well). The rooms are very tidy, and they provide slippers any yukata (lounging robe) in every room. The mini-bars in room are not the annoying, computer-controlled, auto charge type, but rather small refrigerators that you can use if you have small items you need to keep chilled. The bed and bedding were quite comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, and would stay again if my plans called for me to be in the Ginza area.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
The hotel has a basement entrance from the Ginza-Itchome metro station on the Yurakucho line, so it is quite easy to get there without using a taxi or limo service.

Good Price and Great Location
clean and nice hotel with good staff and perfect location for Ginza shopping. Many nice cafes and coffee shops nearby. Try the Ginza Lion beer hall for old architecture and great food. The hotel is connected to the subway line, but other lines are very close along with the major department stores and their restaurants and subway access points.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
wake up early and walk to the fish market (10 minutes). Try the fresh bakeries located within the department stores. Ito-ya is great for stationary and cards.

Its OK
For a hotel in Tokyo and in Ginza, its not too bad. Not great, but business hotels in Tokyo is pretty much the same.
