A big disappointment
The room was badly equipped: no bathroom (which should be a standard in 3-star hotel), no hair dryer, very old furniture, very noisy (especially during the night time). Moreover, there is a supermarket underneath which made it worse. We liked Lisbon but that hotel was the worse part of our trip.

The hotel is located in the centre of Lisbon so it was very convenient to get all attractions.

Was sent away!
When we arrived at the hotel, they said they had over booked and sent us to another hotel, a few blocks away from the square! We did end up staying there on the last night of our visit as we hated the one they sent us to.

Good value for money, excellent location, poor breakfast
The location is excellent and the room I stayed was fantastic. The staff showed very polite and the only weak point was the breakfast, but better what you can find in Spain or France for this range of price.
