Surprisingly quiet at night, even in this central location; tastefully furnished and decorated; immaculately clean; rich breakfast; the largest hotel room we ever stayed in.

Good hotel but service needs improvement
I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights from Aug 29 to Sep 3 for business. This hotel is very good in general, big clean rooms, good center location, but the service needs improvement. I booked the hotel through hotel.com , but the hotel were not able to provide me the detailed receipt with daily activity and balance. Also I put two drinks (different from their inventory) in the in-room refrigerator, and turned out at the check out that they charged me the drinks for using their mini bar. The problem was resolved eventually, but quite unpleasant.

Recommended hotel
Hotel was very comfortable and conveniently located. Breakfast package was fine and Sicilian pastries were heavenly! (Do check the milk before drinking it though!) It was easy to travel to other places by train and bus. Staff were very helpful and friendly when asked specfic questions. Bakery, general stores and a variety of restaurants were very close to hotel.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Buy a guide book! We found a whole host of interesting places to visit (and tips on how to get there!) which we would never have known about as things aren’t advertised!!! Tourist information at the Central Station is helpful but brush up on your Italian first!
