modern entrance and poo but rooms are tired!
we went to sorrento for my friends wedding,when we eventually got up the very steep and winding narrow road to the hotel,we were greeted by a imaculate reception and pool area but very very shocked and suprised at how tradional and old fashioned the rooms were in contrast to the modern reception and pool area,.the rooms are also very small,dark and cramped luckily we didnt spend alot of time in the rooms. the steep incline to the hotel you can forgive as the view from the pool is amazing.the staff are very friendly.if you are booking this hotel i would also request a sea view as the rooms at the back of the hotel dont even have a balcony and look out onto a tin roof.we luckily booked a sea view which was on the side of the hotel and the ones on the front of the hotel have the best view,overall this hotel was nice but definatly not a 4 star hotel.i would say it was more a 3 star.t

Great Value
The Hotel itself was very nice for Europe and the price, however the room itself wasnt the nicest, but they gave us a suite which was great for 3 people because we each got a bed and were very comfortable. The balcony was also great and overlooked the beautiful pool deck as well as the Mediteranean. Great staff.

Fantastic View
We had a wonderful view across the bay to Naples and Vesuvius from the balcony in our room. The seating area around the pool was comfortable and the pool clean and inviting. All of the staff, chambermaid,waiters, reception etc, were friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is situated outside of the town the hotel runs a regular free minibus service.Overall we had a wonderful stay in a delightful hotel.
