Warm welcome and cool room in July
We received a very friendly and informative welcome in fluent English from one of the owners of the hotel. The location is good; on a fairly quiet street only about 10 minutes from the old town. Free parking is available in a public lot at the end of the street. Our room was not large and the old floors were a little slope-y, but the bed was very comfy and the air conditioning was divine. Between the cool, quiet A/C and the dark curtains, we kept sleeping late! The room was very stylish, with purplish wallpaper and a portrait of Audrey Hepburn over the bed. Breakfast was sufficient and attentively served. A very happy stay!

Excellent Good Value Hotel
This hotel is excellent value. It is well located just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Albi. Very friendly and welcoming owners. Lovely reception area and a great breakfast. It is hard to believe that this is only a 2 star hotel. Some of the communal areas/stairways are a little tatty but who cares when you are made to feel so welcome and the rooms are such amazing value.
