Great location, fair value if not in room much
Friendly staff, very small rooms, OK cleanliness. Nice to have fridge & kitchenette. Best part was high-speed internet (when it worked) and great central location (easy walking distance to Rogers Centre).

Location is neighborly yet near to central downtown. Abundant nearby restaurants. A bit of a public housing feel to the building, but very well run and comfortable at a hard-to-beat price.

great room for the money
Everything in the hotel was good for the money we paid. Parking was 4$ per day,but that was cheapest within the downtown. te help desk person guided us to tour toronto. So would suggest that this would be a wondeful place to stay for a short trip, but not for a longer vacation.
