Great choice when you are looking for a hotel near Heathrow Airport.

Nice Staff but not very custormer friendly,
Nice enough staff but no one wants to go the extra effort to assist any one, and many of the front desk staff rude. No room service, rooms show wear and the cleaning staff just make the bed no more, they do not take out the trash or trays. The towels were of poor quality and dirty, I brought my own to use just in case, glad I did, and finally the prices at the restaurant were just to costly. Would not stay there again, and would not recommend it to my friends.

conveniently located
Have stayed here many times. Its conveniently located for my requirements. The air-conditioning system needs looking at as each room seems to have a problem with the aircon and the shower - but not this time, everything worked fine.
