what a find
hotel staff were fantastic, and the facilities were great. Two huge pools as well as an indoor one. The breakfast buffet was one of the biggest i have ever seen! the concierge was great with his restaurant recommendations.The hotel is outside palma away from the hustle bustle but there is a bus stop almost outside the hotel and for just over a euro is a bargain, there is also a taxi rank there. we were lucky the weather was great but if it was poor although there is an indoor pool it is away from the hub bub of palma.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
take the wooden train from palma to soller and then the tram to soller port- we were out of season so were lucky it was not too crowded. take a taxi to puerto portels to see the huge boats and eat at swanky restaurants

Will definitley return
A lovely hotel with superb views especially if you have a cathedral view,with excellent facilities. Service and Cleanliness very good. This is our second visit
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Take the Palma tourist open top bus excellent value, also helps to get your bearings and takes you to all the interesting sites. The city buses stop just outside of the hotel and are very cheap and run frequently.

Quality stay and a champagne breakfast!
We loved staying at the hotel, its in the residential area of Palma, with about a 40mins walk into Palma town. The spa facilities are great, and i cant get over being able to have champagne with my breakfast!! The staff were all friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotless, the outside spa pool was great, it was lovely to look at the stars whilst sitting in the heated pool. The only criticism would be that the dont promote their facilities well enough. There was no "about us" in the room, so we had to go and find out about the facilities in the hotel.
