We would NOT recommend this hotel
We were optimistic about this hotel based on the reviews we read online, so we feel compelled to share our experience. Unfortunately, the only good thing about this hotel was the price. The facilities were tired, the rooms, bed sheets, kitchen and bathroom were not clean, and the beds were the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept in. We both travel quite a bit, and we have two young children, and we were quite disappointed. On a positive note, the outdoor pools looked lovely, but it was too cold to use them. We did enjoy the indoor pool with the kids but it was always extremely crowded and noisy. We would look elsewhere next time we go to Mallorca. Additionally, the entire area surrounding the hotel was very rundown compared to other parts of the island (Alcudia, Palma, etc.)
This hotel appeared to be very kid and family friendly, but we did not have that experience.

Very impressed
This was the ideal hotel for families with great access to local facilities and wonderful beaches. The beaches were ideal for young children being shallow and with no rocks/stones. The quality of service was very good and the evening entertainment was top class including flamenco dancing, irish dancing and Chinese acrobats. Just beware regarding the language barrier as there was little English spoken in the resort although this did not prove to be a problem. The food in the local restaurants was very good and they catered well for young children. Highly recommended!
