Not impressed
Hotel Plaza doesn’t have the normal features of 5 star hotel - no sauna, no gym, no spa. The room was extremely small; the furniture was put in a way that you couldn’t access teh wardrob. On a positive side, the breakfast, bar and resaurant are excellent.

Overpriced, poor service, so-so location, rooms could be cleaner. overall does not measure up to 5*.
