The location is great! Buy a city-pass and a 3-day metro ticket and you are in for a solid experience in downtown Chicago. Hotel staff were very helpful with directions and advice on where to eat and what to see. We would stay again!
Flying and staying at this hotel was cheaper than booking through the hotel itself! Also, buy a 3-day CTA travel pass to use all metro and bus lines for $14!
