Relaxing comfort that feels like its out in the country
I was pleased to discover the motel was within walking distance of all the hurdy gurdy things to do in Wisconsin Dells downtown, yet had an out-in-the-country feel to it. There is a spacious lawn, nice outdoor pool, a cement ping pong table, and nature trails out back. It’s a very peaceful setting. The owners are friendly and pleasant to talk with. They helped us out by giving us a ride to a mechanic. The indoor pool is very nice. The sauna didn’t seem operational at the time we visited and my kids were disappointed in the "game room"--only two machines. Also, there is no continental breakfast of any type. Overall, however, I enjoyed my stay here and recommend Indian Trails for those who want to get away from traffic and noise for spells during their stay in the Dells.

Good for just a room
The hotel is rather old, but the room was clean and served the purpose for a decent nights stay at a great price. The location is in walking distance to the downtown area, but isn’t very close to some of the amusement places that would be important for children. I would stay there without childen, but if I had older children 3+ I would most likely choose another hotel, but if you just need a clean place to sleep for the night this is a great deal.
