I was surprised and not happy with the new priceing not includeing Breakfast. And such a steep price for a good but not great Bkfst. Other wise was completely happy.

Ok for an overnight stop, but not longer

Hmmm, well, this promised from the blurb on the web site, to be a fantastic hotel. It’s not! It’s actually tired, aged and really not suitable for a leisure stay. The rooms have no in-room safes for a start, and who wants to go to the front desk every time you want a travellers cheque out, or something equally minor? The bathrooms are functional, but have seen far better days, the corridors and shared areas are grubby and the whole hotel appears a bit seedy to be honest. The staff were lovely, no denying that. The breakfast was, hmmm, well the tea and toast was OK, but the rest looked like it had been left over from the previous evenings buffet, they also had ’gruel with minced pork’ on offer, for breakfast ! :-) There are no English language TV channels in the rooms. The management need to spend some serious money investing in this hotel. Overall, we were thankful that ours was an overnight stop only, late arrival and early departure next day, I would not have felt safe leaving my belongings in the room. My advice, Stay elsewhere, there is so much choice in Bangkok that you don’t need to stay somewhere like this.

Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay

Stay elsewhere.

Not impressed

Overall customer service is lacking due to non-English speaking clerks. Unneccesary charges that I thought were inappropriate.

Traveller's tip on nightlife

It was quiet, but not worth the price.
