good stay for reasonable price
This is suitable for business stay, easy when coming by car, parking place. Nice rooms, free Internet is handy, good breakfast. Not too sure about the conection with Casino, street outside is quite noisy. Compare to other hotels in Ljubljana at similar category has very reasonable price and it is only few minutes from centre or BTC.
Traveller's tip for business travellers
Ljubljana airport is far to centre and hotel and taxi ride was quite expensive, as a tip I would recomend if you get some local contact on taxi company.

Disappointment
I lived in Ljubljana when this hotel opened five years ago; at that time, it was hailed as a high-tech business hotel. A few visiting guests stayed at the hotel and were quite satisfied. Upon this leisurely return to Slovenia, we decided to spend one night visiting old haunts in Ljubljana and immediately thought of this hotel. However, we were quite disappointed. While it still had some high-tech features (flat screen tv’s), the furniture and beds seemed like IKEA cast-offs from a dormitory. The bed matteresses were paper thin and the pillows little more than a cloth throw. While the breakfast buffet was sufficient, the breakfast room was crowded and we could not find a table for four to sit as a family. The tables were so close together it was extremely difficult to move around the buffet. The parking garage was a long distance to reach the lobbby and the price was quite high. Ljubljana is a wonderful small capital, but I am afraid it is still waiting for a quality modern hotel.

Where’s the free IP phone...
This hotel has over the past year changed ownership and while the amenities have basically stayed the same, or improved somewhat, the key feature for my staying here was the free VOIP to the US. Now phone calls are 15 euro cents per minute, lower than using a cell but no longer free. The other small objection is that this hotel is away from both downtown and any tourist activities (other than the casino) since I was here on business and was either in meetings or making calls to the US during my waking hours it was not a problem.
