it seems nice
the hotel seems to be nice, the lobby it’s really modern and the bar and restaurant look great, however in this hotel there are two kind of rooms, the new ones that I couldn’t see, and the old ones, where I stayed. this room was from the 60 without any maintenance. everything was broken and it was really noisy. the hotel is really far from the city centre, the tram connection is not really good and you have to walk like 2 kilometres in an area that seems quite dangerous.

Worst Hotel I’ve ever had the mispleasure of staying in!
This hotel was by far the worst hotel I have stayed in. The standard rooms didnt have a proper bed, I upgraded to the business class room for an extra 50 Euros a night, which was marginally better. There towels provided were dirty, and there was a horrible stench in the rooms. I did pre book for two nights, but checked out after one. I would never go back to this hotel. the only positive was that the reception area looked nice and the meal in the hotel restaurant was good. Service there was poor at best though.

Very disappointing
Things began badly with the surly and unsmiling reception staff who seemed to see their duty as to give out the least information possible. In our room we found the air conditioning was not working. The reception staff seemed to enjoy a game of repaetedly sending a technician to our roon to repair it only to finally admit that the air conditioning was out of order on the whole of our floor. Luckily some of the other staff seemed more efficent and caring, especially the restaurant staff who provided a nice buffet breakfast, and the cleaners.
