Noisy at times but staff helpful
we read reviews of how noisy the place can be, so we were expecting it. The sound insulation is non existant, resulting in noises seeping into our room. One night was particularly bad when a group of guests returned at 3am, drunk. The staff were accomodating and we changed rooms the next day since the noisy guests were still there. Location is not too bad, 10 mins tram ride to the city. Good Value hotel.

lovely food and comfy beds
we were upgraded to a quad room without even asking and at the same price as a double room.The reception were very polite and helpful.We loved the food at the restaurant and it was very reasonably priced.My daughter loved the grilled chiken the best.I loved the beef stew with fried potatoes and the cocunut icecream desert.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
really good economic trams at the doorstep.Plus the cinema 3 stops away on tram no.8 is in english with polish subtititles,just for the novelty factor!

Comfortable And Friendly
The hotel was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that we could not pay for trips booked through the hotel by credit card, Consequently we booked our trips at a tourist information centre in the town, the price was cheaper too.
