Clean and welcoming
The hotel was much better than some other 2 star hotels that I have stayed in and I was a bit apprehensive about going there but reviews had been good. I was not disappointed. The room was a good size, clean and well maintained as was the reception, restaurant and pool areas. It was in a good location for the beach and had lots of restaurants/bars close by and a short walk away. Also if you have a very late flight and want to spend the day on the beach as we did, you can have a shower and get changed etc using a shower/changing room that the hotel provide for free. Only real complaint was that the breakfast provided wasn’t great, no fresh cheese and limited choice but I suppose you can’t have everything!
Traveller's tip on local attractions
If you want to visit Palma, make sure you get to the bus stop really early as the buses although frequent are often packed so they don’t stop! We went in October and had to wait an hour and a half until 11:30am to get on a bus.The other alternative is to get a taxi if there are 3 or 4 of you as it will cost about the same each as the bus.

Spend a bit more.
The hotel is in a central location in Santa Ponsa.And is very clean and smart place especialy for a "budget hotel".But the rooms are very small and not very private,me and my partner and my teenage son having to share one room,my son had too sleep on a very uncomfortable camp bed, after the first night he took too removing the mattress off the bed and sleeping on the floor.I wish I’d have paid a couple of hundred pounds more for a better hotel,I reccomend you do this.Santa Ponsa’snice though.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
Magaluf is about 10 minutes away in a taxi (about 7-9 euro’s).Two exellent water parks and the pirates show.Don’t go to Andratx It’s a dump!

Loved the area
Would not hesitate to go back to this hotel, very helpful and friendly staff, comfortable surroundings in a lovely area. Highly recommend
