very helpfull
My mum who needs a wheelchair to get about she could not of been treated any better the staff were great with her and very respectfull to her. This hotel is great for disabilites.Only the pool was very cold and we went late at night thinking there would not be many there and all the kids were in the pool,bad idea!

Budget Hotel
This hotel was clean but smelt quite bad of smoke, this hotel would be classed as more for couples or families who have a budget to spend.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
Food at the hotel was quite expensive - to get the most from your holiday i would goto the Disney Village and eat at Cafe Mickey.

Perfectly acceptable
The hotel was well used but sericeable. We made full use of the pool, which was good fun for the kids - best time to go was early morning before breakfast (less people and made us hungry). All you can eat breakfast was fantastic! Staff always helpful and friendly. A smattering of French helped a little. Great to see a few disney characters wandering around. 10 min walk to disney village and 15 to disney land or disney studios. As as basic family hotel this cannot be faulted.
Plan your days to make the most of the fast pass - if you have to queue the send an adult off to the ride with the fast pass service to get the next tickets. (good exercise too!)
