not nice
we had a bungalow at the hotel which is not a good thing.four flights of stairs down to it very steap.with wires coming out of the sealing and the room was filth when i ask for a change of room within 5 mins of being there they told us that we had not paid alot to be there and they had no other rooms which was a lie because the hotel was very quiet all i could say is the food was great and the entertainment
save your money and go somewere else

Noisy street, bad access to the beach
Nice location with view to the sea. But direct access to the beach is missing: stairs not in use anymore. So you have to walk at least ten minutes down the street. Street with much traffic (busses, taxis, delivery to the hotel) even during late hours: very unpleasant for hotel guests with rooms on the street side.

cant fault anything about this hotel, had a great time here pools and gardens great, staff friendly,
Could not fault this hotel, staff welcomeing and helpful, pools and gardens lovely, maintained daily, food great, plenty of choice and regularly topped up with fresh. room cleaned each day and clean towels,handy spar shop down the road selling anything you might nead, not far from beach even though you get covered in black sand, walked along beach to sand dunes of maspalomas through playa de ingles, lovely walk but got a taxi back, very cheap! recommend going to sioux city friday evening bbq, seemed expensive but well worth the money, great evening. only wish would have been to have stayed longer.

totally ignore the black people selling on coast, as soon as you respond by saying hello and where you come from they find it hard to accept no for an answer
