Running water
They need to hire a plumber and fix the toilets ,the one we had would keep running until Iremoved the cover and seated the valve. The rust inside was excessive.

Nice Surprise
The hotel was clean and the location was excellent for visiting Newport. The welcome to Newport sign is literally a block away.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
Best bang for your buck -- get the any 5 mansions for $33 dollar package and drive your car instead of parking downtown. Note: No strollers allowed at the mansions and the little guys aren’t going to want to be in your arms for very long. Make it a romantic weekend away and the save the kiddy trip for their tweens.

Good Value
A great place to stay--it provides vey acceptable motel standard accommodation in very large rooms immaculately clean,airy and comfortable. Well positioned to see the sights of the area. Can dine at Applebees next door --a lively familly restaurant if too weary to try other hostelries.
