A gem of a hotel
A gem of a hotel, quiet, clean and set in gardens of citrus trees and hibiscus flowers. The reception staff are extremely helpful and professional, the dinner menu rivals many local restaurants and the waiters are a cut above the average. The bar is a little disappointing with a limited selection of products, the bar staff seem to have limited experience and drinks a bit pricy.
If you read the hotel guide in your room, as few of us do, you will gind that the Alpha has an agreement with a nearby hotel to allow you access to the beach. we were there a week before we discovered this!

Can’t wait to go back
Good hotel in quiet location - just a few minutes from Sorrento town by bus. Panoramic double room was spacious and comfortable. The only disadvantage for me was the shower curtain over the bath!! The bathroom, although clean could do with refurbishment. Hotel staff were all very helpful and polite.

Great food!
I have been burned before with half board offers but thought I would take a chance with hotel Alpha, and so glad that I did!! The food was absolutely superb, there was a fabulous choice on the menu every night and the staff were delighted to advise on the dishes. The hotel was fine, room was a good size and was kept clean. My only gripe would be no kettle in the room : (
