It’s Different
Be advised that the inn is on Main Street. That means everybody coming or going drives by the inn. The traffic noise was noticeable. Also they have a unique emergency system in Ferndale where they set off the air raids sirens to notify town residents of an emergency. During our one-night stay there were 3 such emergencies during the night. We did not sleep well that night. The inn itself was nice and the town was very quaint, however, we probably won’t be back because there is little to do. For example, restaurants serving dinner are limited - you may have to drive some distance to find something after 8:00 PM.
