The worst hotel I ever know
From the time we arrived, we greeted by nobody, no bell boy no nothing to help us carry the baggages not even the I’m sorry we Can’t help you kind of smile, the queue is as long as hongkong traffic jam because only two persons were active the other two just stand like a greek statue without the Grace, and when we complained the so called Manager on duty just describing a manual book Hotel which we didnt care to hear and him insisting us to hear him out, so we Just left the hotel and throw away the reservation to moved to adjacent Rosedale Hotel, which by the way much more friendly, so this is the bigest sorry I have ever done in my life.

Not Impressed
Room was humid, old, and had a weird scent. The mattress is in a poor condition-springs were popping up. My partner comment it was like a herd of elephants went through the bed. We requested another room with the front desk. After changing the second room, the bed condition didn’t improve much, but we notice that housekeeping was not consistent with refilling the amenities. We spoke to the front desk again. They were friendly, I give them credit for that. They offer us an bed padding. We expect room service to bring cotton filled bed padding, but instead room service walk in with a wooden plank board as our padding. When we spoke with to the front desk again, then apologize for the miscommunication and ask room service to bring real bed padding. Apparently, there is no bed padding and room service was planning to add blanket to the bed. After checking out the executive suites were also a disappointment, we decided to move to another hotel.
