The service of those that worked at the hotel was both freindly and helpful. The location was ideal, easy access to the public transportation and walking distance from the city center.

Good location, quiet , low-key.
Well kept ,smaller hotel off the main street, but in walking distance of main shopping centre, botanical gardens, university and tram transport passes by. Breakfast is most adequate but not elaborate

Needs Improvement
Beautiful Hotel, excellent location, good value except lack of air conditioning is a great problem. If you keep the windows closed the noise of the traffic of cars and trams is bearable, but if you have to open the windows for some fresh air the noise from the street makes it very hard to sleep!
