Very good hotel
Staff very friendly and rooms clean and comfortable. Great location - right by sea and within easy walk to shops and BIC concert venue.Food in restaurant at night good but could have been warmer.

Excellent if you are travelling down for show at BIC - 3 minute walk away.

Great location
Stayed for a Saturday night. The location is great; right by the beach and the BIC and has parking. The room was comfortable and we would stay there again without hesitation.

The hotel has and will always have Bournemouths Premier class location and standards from an established hotel.The ambience and overall quality are hard to beat by any competitor in the same league. overall this hotel is underclassified on the aa star ratings
