The worst hotel ever

When we arrived, they didn’t have a two person bedroom. So, we were sent to a four person bedroom for one night in the basement. The next day, we have to move to the fifth flor (without elevator) by ourselves. They provide just one towel for two people and they did not change it during the whole week we were there. The bedspread was more than dirty; nasty. The bathroom was dirty and you could feel everysingle spring from the mattress. We ask for wake-up call the day we were leaving but they say they do not do that. The area is very nice and there are tons of hotels located on the same block. This is definitely the worst. It does not even deserve the start that it has. It should not be called a hotel.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed

This place was horrible. The windows didn’t have a proper weather seal, so the room was cold and damp. It felt like sleeping in a cold damp sponge. They didn’t turn on the heat, despite it being in the 50s. You could see mold forming in the corners of the room. The room was up some small awkward steps. The plumbing was horrible. Had to take a cold shower. They didn’t properly clean the mugs they gave us for tea. They water boiler was disgusting. They gave us one towel for 2 people. No bathmat, no hand towel, no wash cloth, no shampoo, no conditioner. The staff was unfriendly. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy.

Filthy

We took one look at the room and bathroom and left. The entire hotel smells and the bathroom was extremely dirty. We went to the holiday inn instead.
