Incredible Place in Bend
The front desk staff when we checked in were so friendly, professional, and helpful with making recommendations for local activities. The room was very nice and the bathroom... well, I wish I could have brought it home with me. Beautiful natural stone on the floor, walls, and decorative tile accents were beautiful. They have a wonderful pool and the hotel location is perfect for walking to downtown or starting your trek on the Cascades Lakes Highway. We will definitely return!

Good Hotel
The hotel’s location was in close proximity to downtown and the Old Mill. The trail near the property was a nice three mile stretch. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Had to change rooms for the second night because the first bed was terribly hard and caused back pain and a stiff neck. However, the staff was very accommodating and helpful in finding a more comfortable room with a pillow top mattress.

Good customer service and well maintained
Our stay started with a late checkin. We arrived at the resort at 1:30 AM. Initially we had difficulty in locating the registration desk due to lack of sufficient sign boards. The registration office had a nice notice asking the customer to call from an easily accessible phone. I was impressed that someone picked up the call within 2 rings. The lasy hardly took 30 seconds to confirm my registration and mentioned that there would be someone to help me within 10 mins. And yes the resort patrol car arrived on time and the person was very polite. The next memorable moment was when we entered the room. Very well maintained, comfortable and spacious. And our first reaction was "For this kind of an accomodation the price is pretty low". We did not get to see around much since we were exhausted. But morning when I stepped out the sight was breathtaking. We in fact were thinking of cancelling rest of our trip and extending our stay. All in all, I am waiting to get to this place again and probably spend 2-3 days with my family.
