Not bad
For the money this hotel doesn’t have the amenities a US hotel would but good location and helpful staff. Mini bar fridge didn’t work but they replaced it quickly. It is near all the bars and restaurants so that has plus and minus for noise and convenience.

a fantastic hotel
we were upgraded to a suite which was huge, spotlessly clean and beautiful. as a fan of luxury hotels this place comes top of my list

Can’t wait to go back
The hotel was beautiful and the staff was super. We arrived there early in the morning. They let us have breakfast and check in hours earlier than their normal check-in time. They go out of their way to please you and ensure that you have a wonderful stay. The only downside is that this hotel is located in the club district and the clubs stay open until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays. Some people drink too much and then wander the streets after closing time and can be very loud. The rest of the week though is quiet.

Reykjavik is a beautiful city, very clean. There is lots to do - shopping, site seeing, restaurants.
