lovely hotel
Service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful. our room could be joined to the next room through a wooden door which meant it could be quite noisy depending on neighbours. breakfast was great, huge choice.
Lamai is not an area I would recommend for couples or families. the restaurants are average. I found it very sleazy and the majority of tourists were sex tourists. i would recommend the area of chaweng before lamia.

pleasant stay
The hotel is set back from a busy street with plenty of bars, shops and restaurants. The pool area is nice and peaceful and surrounded by lush green plants. There is direct access to the beach and you can enjoy a good buffet breakfast overlooking the sea. The room was very comfortable but no sea view. The female manager wasn’t very friendly. Also I noticed the laundry services near the hotel are 10 times cheaper than in the hotel!
