Not as ideal as it sounds for the airport.
I chose this hotel for it’s proximity to the airport as I was arriving quite late at the airport. However the taxi drive was extremely expensive and there were no other means of getting there. If you’re looking for convenience of location I would recommend staying in the centre of Bergamo instead. The bus service is very good, cheap and only takes about 5 mins more than the taxi to the Airport hotel. Beds weren’t too comfortable either and breakfast wasn’t great but on the plus side the staff were very helpful.

Hotel employees need customer service training
The hotel is difficult to find. The directions look simple on the internet, but in reality it can be quite confusing. Finding our way back to the hotel after having dinner in Bergamo was very difficult. On check in, the hotel employee behind the desk started waiting on the guest behind me in line before he had finished with me. I had to wait until he was finished with her. I have no idea why he did this, but I considered it very rude.
