Lovely area.. private beach...fantastic food at the restaurant
The hotel is in a quiet area of Majorca, but close enough to catch a short taxi ride to the main town. The hotel has 2 decent size pools and also a small childrens pool. We stayed in a room which hadnt yet been refurbished, and although it was a nice decent size and very clean, the furniture was dated. The food served at both restaurants was at a very high standard. The hotel has access to its own private coves, where people can sunbake and swim. It was really nice to relax there. The only downside to the trip was that there was a lot of young children, which meant the pool was constantly busy with screaming kids and ball games in the pool. And kids diving into the pool causing everyone sitting around the pool to be splashed with water. Overall the hotel was a good place to stay for a weekend. I would recommend the hotel to others.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Pay your deposit for the hotel beach towels when you checkin (if you havent bought your own towels with you). Reserve your sun chairs by the pool before you go to breakfast (it gets busy).

Not impressed
Our first night at this hotel where we had booked a suite for 2 adults and 2 children was a disaster for they had neglected to send an extra cot or even sheets for the couch in the Living room. 2 hours of phone calls to reception could not elicit any satisfaction till finally I walked to reception and got my own sheets and no cot arrived till the next day. Most staff were pleasant, but the restaurant staff were obviously overwhelmed so service was abysmally slow and the food was sub par at best and expensive to boot. In their defense, I had a hard time finding decent food in restaurants that were kid friendly anywhere on the island, service is not a priority and they have a bizarre prediliction for English pub food done badly. In summary, this is a fine place for a couple who are not captive to the restaurant and can go to some of the finer food places on the island. Not a great place for children.
