Not impressed
This hotel was a bit farther from the action than we would have liked, requiring to take a cab for one event. However, it was clean. The included breakfast was a good value. The room was small and we had a shared pillow which was long but not comfortable.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
There were a couple of nice tours offered through Expedia when we booked. We thought the opera/dinner was very good and we also enjoyed the tour to Sienna and San Gimigiano. We were glad we booked when we booked the room because it’s hard to find these tours once in Florence.

Mosquitos, No Air Condition
bathroom and bedroom spacious. shower - fear of tight spaces? tight isn’t the word. no air condition - mosquitos waiting in the bathroom to greet you. not at all like the photos shown on the website.

No air conditioning and shower for a very thin person
Good location. Rooms with no air conditioning, and wi fi only works outside your room. Shower only can fit somebody with spaggetti body, it is so small that I didn’t fit in it, and I’m a regular 54. A joke. Since you have the windows open, noise comes in your room very early in the morning. Nah!!, I won’t be back there.
