Vacation Village Idiots!
From the first call to Vacation Village to confirm my stay, to the moment I checked out was very dissapointing. Hindsight really is 20/20! The customer service reps were very rude and hurried, and did not seem to care about you at all. They had no manners, and most of them mumbled their way through helping me. The main office was not at all attached to the resort, but was in fact a drive down the road. The maintanance crews all drove their golf carts way too fast and wreckless, and not one ever stopped to let me cross the streets or parking lot aisles. They also allowed people to play loud music from their patios(it was even louder than the hotel music speakers), which made enjoying the pool area difficult. And I loved seeing everyones towels and swim suits hanging on their patio rails(which there is a rule not to do at this resort), it looked like a ghetto alley scene in the pool area. The chemicals they use in the pools are way too strong. And the elevator/lobby area stank of moldy vomit the entire time I was there.

Quality of Hotel Service
The last day(3/17/07) we did not have air condition in the room call for help and the options given were not acceptable, the front desk respose was very non professional.
