Not impressed
Was not impressed with the hotel. The rooms were nice, but you pay alot not to get Air Conditioning and if you want to use the phone or the internet you get charged for that on top of everything else. The Advertisement says the Hotel has Wireless Internet, but never mentioned you had to pay extra. there are much better places for less in the Heart of Kaiserslautern.

It is clean but not well maintained
I stayed on eniht, the hotel is cklean, less maintained. It took them 20 mintues to serve me with a boar dad iron and two calls. Moreover the frontdesk girl charged my for my stay although I already paid my stay in prior via expedia, she has then to re issue the bill after correction.

Definitely Not a 4 Star Hotel!
The staff all had attitude problems, and the beds were so hard, my husband and I both had back problems 3 days into the stay. The minibar was empty the first night I stayed there, and when I checked out they charged me for everything that was missing! When I tried to tell them I didn’t use it, they didn’t believe me, treated me like I was a liar, and told me I would have to come back and talk to the manager. On top of everything else, we had to pay for parking!!! Would NEVER stay here again!!!!
