Good for short stays
This was a quick in and out trip for me and this hotel was perfect for that. Nothing fancy, but a good clean room and friendly staff. It wasn’t extremely comfortable, possibly due to the more modern furnishings and style. However, the price was right and it includes breakfast. If you are planning more than a weekend in Singapore I would recommend finding someplace more upscale if you can afford it or something with more things to do in the hotel.

basic
room very small and basic but it did the job vastly overpriced due to the formula 1 race and only a smoking room was available, despite us requesting one when we booked in April - 5 months before staying there

The friendly staff are fantastic.
Have been to the hotel twice once in 2007 and 2009,both times for a two week holiday.It is mainly a transit hotel,but being there long term means you get to know the staff and they all were kind,helpfull,pleasant and cheery.If I go back for another time I will certainly use this hotel again.
