Great place
I usually stay at the Double Tree down the road, but for my recent six night stay, the rates at the Double Tree were too high so I signed on with this Hilton Garden Inn. No issues through out my stay. Nice room and the business center was great. Fitness center was on par with most other Expedia 3-star hotels (which means they’re so-so). If the rates are the same, I’d opt for the Double Tree, but otherwise, this is a fine choice.

Waltham’s Hotel of Choice
Hilton Garden Inn is located near the I-95 exit and was easy to find. The short drive to Bentley U. made it very convenient. Our room was extremely comfortable and breakfast buffet, with omelets, was delicious. We will definately contact Expedia for our next visit to Bentley Univ.

Good condition, but not good services
Hotel is in good condition in general, clean and comfortable. But services is far below standard. * Room is not clean up until 4:00 PM, so when I came back, I need to ask for clean up and wait in the lobby for 15 minutes. * It took me 3 phone calls and almost 15 minutes to get a towel at the first night. * There is a complimentary tea bag, but not been provided the second day. * There is one small bottle (1 oz) of shampoo for us (3 people) to use for 3 nights. I called 3 times and waited for 10 minutes, unable to get it. And we then gave up shampooing (by the way, we have never get any respinse from the hotel.
