Decent hotel to stay at
Hotel is fairly close to the train station. It took about 10 minutes to walk there. Another 5 minutes got you to the cathedral and central Strasbourg so well located. The staff was extremely friendly and responsive and the hotel and room were very clean. The only negatives were that the shower drain did not drain well (water overflowed into the room) and the decor of the room was very dark.

STAY AWAY
My daughter and I wanted to cry when we entered our room. We do travel often in Europe and know what to expect for the money spent. This property should be avoided at all cost. It is old...but not well kept. The room was equal to American Hotel 6 type. On the other hand, breakfast was quite good if included in nighly stay.
