Waterfront view!!!
My daughter and I stayed 2 nights and had a wonderful, peaceful stay here. It was clean and the staff was fabulous! The room was large-plenty of walking room around funiture- and it overlooked the water front. It was quiet and very restful for us. It had a great contintental breakfast which was included in the price. We will definitely stay here again when we go to San Fran or to Oakland!!!
Mid October-Very little traffic when we went into Pier 39 and Ghiradelli Square. No lines and lots of places to park on the street. No Crowds! Use the BART-very convenient and can get you to shopping, eating and places to see.-Orpheum was at Civic Center exit and was very convenient.

Suited my needs perfectly
This hotel was perfect for a busy week-end schedule. Only about 20 mins to Berkeley Repertory Theatre and about 15 mins away from Oakland airport and the U.S.S. Hornet in Almeda.

Very impressed with everything except the restaurant.
The hotel sits on a hill near the highway with a pleasant view of the surrounding area, city on one side and natural landscape behind.
