had problems
I know hotels aboard are different, but this hotel fails to reach 5 star status on a number of issuses, standard of food and service. The food was poor. except for the breakfast. Service really let the hotel down, dirty glasses left all day by the pool, slow service etc. We also had a problem when we arrived caused by overbooking. They did try to sort and the manager did provide golf etc to compensate, but again not what you expect for 5 star. Accomodation nice, facillities lovely, spa special, golf good. just poor service and food. Did enjoy stay, once problem sorted, and would go again possibly for golf and spa.
