Staff excellent
Staff were very pleasant and did everything they could to help. General condition of hotel needs some upgrading, but sheets were clean and breakfast buffet was fine. Quite a way from the town centre but local buses available to take you straight in. Barman is excellent - lots of fun and gives good restuarant tips.

Good for the money
The staff are very nice, rooms are clean but the bed was very uncomfortable, it had a big dip in the middle which is signs of being old, the free breakfast buffet was good, coffee, fruits, breads etc. Nice restaurant nearby, supermarket nearby but not much else, would probably not stay here again unless it was just an overnight stop. For the price i cannot really complain, it just is not in the right area.

Priceworthy and not far from the city centre
The hotel is situated close to the airport and 15 minutes by bus to the centre of Florence. The bus stop is located just 30 m. outside of the hotel. Buses run every 10 minutes. We left our car on the free parking outside of the hotel in order to avoid the hustle with parking in the centre. The service was very good and we had a room with a balcony and a nice view. The rooms were clean but the furniture was from the 80’s. The big disadvantage was the tasteless breakfast and horrible coffee from an automat that was just impossible to drink! I recommend the hotel as priceworthy, with great connection to the centre of Florence and friendly personnel.
