Big Improvement
Stayed at this hotel 3 yrs ago. Biggest surprise this visit: completely refurbished eating area. Really, really nice job. Plenty of outdoor sitting space. There’s a restaurant where anyone can eat, not just hotel guests. There’s also a nicely set-up bar area which is quite large. For hotel guests who prefer to serve themselves, there’s a buffet eating area. Noticeable improvement in food fare as well, especially breakfast. Dining staff quite helpful. Front desk staff much friendlier this time around. Only negative: asked housekeeping for toilet paper & was handed a partially wet roll. I guess I couldv’e given it back & asked for another but I was running late for religious service so left the bathroom window slightly ajar & placed the roll on top of the radiator which is just below the window. By the time I returned the paper had dried. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Excellent Hotel
We found this Hotel well situated for access to many of the attractions.It was clean and well managed and the staff were helpful and courteous. I would definately go back to this hotel and would recommend it to others. Car park is small.

Comfortably close to the Grotto
Cozy European Hotel close to all the attractions. Loved the balcony overlooking the scene as the sounds of music and prayer entered our room. Would definitely go back again. Be prepared to climb some stairs.
Traveller's tip
Only way to get from Lourdes airport is by taxi. Runs around 25euros on way. We had the same driver come and pick us up from the hotel to get us back.
