Great value with special rates!
ceilings were too low! dim lighting in lobby and hotel receptionist was inaccessable!!! breakfast was great variety and rooms were well kept and fairly spacious.

best value of Inn near Chicago area
The second time I was back in this hotel for the last three months. It would be much better if breakfast gets improvement.

Will not come back
This Hampton Inn property is a renovation of an older building. It is expensive for what it has to offer against other Lombard hotels. The ceiling height is very low compared to today’s standards, specially in the lobby, which can give you claustrophobia. The rooms are very small. The bathroom is tiny. Both of our beds’ comforter were lumpy as if washed improperly - you just don’t keep a ruined comforter if you want to impress guests. I really liked our previous stay in a Hampton Inn hotel and was very disappointed this time.
The Yorktown Center Mall is a great place for restaurants, they have everything. The mall is also great. Also, until 10 am or so,it will take almost a full hour to reach downtown Chicago from Lombard.

Perfect!
I’m a Chicago suburban native living in exile in downstate Illinois. I like to get back for a weekend to savor the variety of entertainment, food, shopping of the Chicago area. This hotel is perfectly positioned close to anything you want to eat or buy. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood, but the stores and restaurants are close. The hotel lobby and rooms have more ambience than I expected, and the staff is gracious and helpful.
